API should allow Activities to be uploaded with a specified date and time.

For example, I upload all meeting notes generated by Gemini into DecileHub at end of day or beginning of next day so the info is available to DechileHub AI. But Cursor is unable to set the Activity time stamp to be the actual date / time of the meeting.
